No. You connect through Meta’s own login screen and grant CreatorSail permission there. We never see the password, and you can revoke access from your Meta settings without opening CreatorSail at all.
When Meta approves the permissions they need. Sending a message or hiding a comment on your behalf requires scopes we have not been granted, and we will not describe either as working until we have them. Both will reply only to people who contacted you first, by commenting or sharing your post — never unsolicited bulk DMs, because that is what gets accounts restricted.
Yes — a Business or Creator account. That is Meta’s requirement for API access, not ours. Switching is free and takes about a minute in the Instagram app.
The tool that hit the limit pauses until the month resets. Nothing is deleted, your rules stay exactly as you left them, and you get a heads-up before you run out rather than after.
No. The MCP server passes your data to the AI client you chose and connected. We do not use it to train anything.
Both. Export your rules, logs, and analytics as a file whenever you want. Deleting your account removes the stored data with it.
